The past couple of weeks have been busy with Christmas parties, shopping in Mexico, and spending time with friends.
We set up a photo booth at the To Every Tribe Christmas party, which was a huge hit, and here are the results from our family’s turn. We had a blast!
We spent some time in Mexico last Saturday, doing some Christmas shopping and enjoying a bit of the culture of Northern Mexico. This is the Rio Grande.
We parked on the U.S. side and walked across the bridge into Mexico. Here’s the sign that marks the border between the two countries.

We had a yummy lunch at one of the local restaurants.
We’ve spent some time doing Christmas crafts.
Some of our friends have been in southern Mexico for the past six months, but now they’re back to visit for Christmas! Our kids have been spending nearly every second with them. It’s such a blessing to see familiar faces this time of year.

We pray that you all have a wonderful Christmas with friends and family, celebrating the birth of our Savior. We feel so blessed to be in a position to some day tell the Christmas story to people who would never hear otherwise. What an awesome privilege! We know that this would be impossible without all of you supporting us in so many ways, and we hope you know what a blessing you are, not only to us, but also to the nations.
May God be glorified through you and your family this Christmas season.
